Food Truck - BBS - Burgers, Brats and Sausages

About Us

Rolling Through Erie

Bring BBS To Your Event

We’re the truck you’ll find parked at breweries, neighborhood gatherings, and events all over Erie County. Check the schedule, show up hungry, and don’t wait around—once the grill’s empty, we’re done for the night.

Bring BBS To Your Event

Weddings, office lunches, block parties, tailgates—wherever people gather, we show up and feed them. Burgers and brats grilled to order, right off the truck, no steam trays or lukewarm trays in sight.

Erik and Jackson run the grill the same way every time: no shortcuts. Fresh ingredients, real seasoning, and every single order treated like it’s the only one that matters.

Handcrafted. Hot off the grill. Rolling through Erie County.
